These numbers represent a historic opportunity for India to convert its demographic surplus into a demographic dividend. ESAF has been partnering with National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) as the programme implementing agency of DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana), a Government of India youth employment scheme for rural students.
