The Micro-entrepreneurship Development Program aims to promote entrepreneurship in various domains by providing the necessary mentoring and training support to upskill the micro entrepreneurs in their respective sectors and handhold them to expand their businesses.

As part of this program's technical trainings, women entrepreneurs are coached in topics such as entrepreneurship development, financial management and skill training. Market linkage support programs are also extended to them.

Skill training is provided to prospective entrepreneurs in sectors like Food Processing, Tailoring, Beautician and Agriculture value chain. ESAF is partnering with reputed agencies like MSME, KVIC, KVK, and Agriculture universities to conduct high quality
trainings for the women entrepreneurs. There are now nearly 7400 micro entrepreneurs trained in different sectors. Post training, follow up trainings and handholding support is given to these potential entrepreneurs to help them sustain in their business.

ESAF Foundation is associating with ASAP Kerala as the operating partner for Community Skill Park (CSP) at Chathannur in Palakkad district and conducting various trainings for women and youths.
